Lily Einhorn

Lily Einhorn is an artistic and strategic consultant, creative and cultural producer, writer, and coach. She specialises in community and participatory arts.

Organisations Lily has worked with recently include Complicité, Stratford East, ENO, Studio 3 Arts, Crafts Council, Company of Others, Donmar & CPT. Lily produced adult community work at the Young Vic for seven years.

She currently curates the East London Freelancers Network and was on the London Advisory Board for Creative Freelancers.

She has written articles on community practice for books and online articles, is a Clore Leader and accredited coach and has recently launched the INSPIRE programme: coaching for community artists. Awards: Oliver Award for Outstanding Achievement, Children’s Ensemble, Noye’s Fludde 2020; Best Community Theatre, Young Vic, 2018. She is a trustee of Brighton People’s Theatre.

All of Lily’s work is centred around cultural democracy and care as an aesthetic and creative practice.
