Rekha Dosaj has been in the Arts for over 20 years and has worked for a wide range of organisations from large-scale venues to local mid-scale and small theatres. Her most recent role was as an Agent for Change with the Ramps on The Moon consortium which enabled theatres to break down barriers for people to access the arts safely, in a space that is inclusive for all.

Rey is an experienced trainer and facilitator having worked with marginalised people in the community to support them to access equal opportunities both professionally and personally.

Rey is passionate about ensuring inclusivity and diversity is at the heart of an organisation and believes strongly that the arts should be accessible to all, not to the few and is committed to making long-term, sustainable changes within the industry.
