Sandeep is Director of Sector Change at people make it work and a cultural leader with over 10 years' experience of working at senior levels in the arts, libraries and cultural sector.

She collaborates with cultural organisations and helps them to answer profound questions about vision, values and ambitions for leadership development and change. She has consulted on strategies that embed Diversity, Inclusion and Equality in the heart of organisations and is currently developing the Office for Leadership Transition.

Some of the organisations she has worked with include the Royal Shakespeare Company, Coventry City of Culture Trust, East Street Arts, Museum of London, The Reading Agency and Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature.

She chaired the UNESCO Creative Cities Network from 2017 - 2021. Sandeep is a Clore Fellow and trained facilitator, supporting national programmes that address systemic under representation such as Culture Reset, the Cultural Education Partnership peer learning and Weston Jerwood Creative Fellows.
