Through 30+ years working in the culture and the not for profit sector, I have built skills that enable me to listen, guide and support you to make changes for good. For the good of those you work with and for your audience or customers.

My passion is to make our world more inclusive and to look to the future not the past for models of working practice that recognises that we are all 360 individuals bringing our whole self to what we do.
