Clare is currently Director of Learning and Communities at people make it work and National Movement Lead at What Next? She is an experienced facilitator, evaluator and strategic leader with excellent knowledge of the cultural sector.

Clare has worked across the sector supporting individuals, organisations, networks and partnerships to learn, develop and lead change.

She has recently collaborated on national programmes including the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries programme and National peer learning and leadership programme. Clare is a Learning Clore Fellow and qualified coach.
