Jessi Parrott is Data and Research Manager at Inc Arts UK. As a non-binary, queer and disabled person with a combined background as a performer and academic, they are passionate about conducting research that both platforms the lived experiences of marginalised people and is invested in emphasising the importance of intersectionality, especially in relation to the arts.

They are honoured to be contributing to this conversation about the role of data in constructing narratives that can create and compel meaningful change.
