Join us for this session, which was hosted by Richard Watts (CEO, people make it work). Richard will be walking us through the Freelance : Futures organisation change toolkit, designed to support each of us to create more equitable conditions for freelancers in the organisations we work with or in, and hearing from some organisations who have been actively refining their ways of working to address freelancer conditions.

Sandeep Mahal, (Director of Sector Change, people make it work), will be chairing a panel, featuring Becky Chapman (Executive Director, Diverse City), Lily Einhorn (Freelance Network lead, Theatre Royal Stratford East), Akinna Aquino (Project Manager at Inc Arts) and Sarah Hopwood (Managing Director, Glyndebourne).
